Speechnotes is a free speech-to-text software which will allow students to speak into the microphone and have their conversation dictated and turned into text.
Disclaimer: with this type of software, it is important to clearly say where the punctuation goes as well as where to start a new line or add a tab, etc… It would also help to copy and paste it and run it through a proofreading software like Grammarly.
