The American Chemical Society has prepared lesson plans for middle school chemistry. These include embedded media clips, worksheets for students, answer sheets for teachers, and some lessons include games. They are fairly straight forward, and relatively easy for teachers and students to follow. Just make sure to read ahead, and give these a trial run first before using these in the classroom. Also check to make sure that you have all of the materials available. As memory serves, I’ve used lessons 1.1, 1.2, 4.1, 4.4, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, & 6.11 with good results.
